::LOSE YOUR SADNESS::




Don't let sadness consume you after a big life change. Instead, acknowledge 
your emotions without being possessed by them.
 To do this, aim to :

1. Notice sad feelings and understand why they have occured.

2. Work through negative emotions, so that you process them 
   and learn from them.

3. Recognise that once you have dealt with sad feelings , you need to let them go.

4. Observe your sad feelings as though they belong to a friend, but maintain distance ,
   so that they no longer make you sad too.
