ALBONDIGAS CASERAS [BEEF BALLS]



I love to cook! cook and cook ! 

It's no wonder this is another favorite tapas item. The combination of spicies 
gives a wonderful flavour to the beef balls, while the breadcrumbs add bite.


So, here's one of my favorite food and i'm sure people like to eat the food above :)  
This is how to make the beef balls yummy3!


Ingredients :
500 g Minced beef 
50 g Breadcrumbs
3 Garlic  (cloves, peeled and finely chopped)
2 Eggs       
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
2 tsp Salt         
3/4 tsp Ground black pepper
150 g Plain (all-purpose) flour
3 Tbsp Olive oil         
1 , Onion (peeled and finely chopped)
1, Green capsicum (bell pepper) finely sliced
2, cubed tomatoes        
3/4 cup Chicken stock
1 spring Parsley leaves ,finely chopped
Salt and ground white pepper to taste


Method :
1. combine beef , breadcrumbs , garlic , eggs, nutmeg, salt 
   and ground black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

2. Shape the mixture into small balls and coat with plain flour.

3. Heat the olive and fry the beef balls until golden brown.
   set aside to drain.

4. Leave 1 Tbsp of olive iol in the pan and saute the onion and
   green capsicum uuntil almost soft. Stir in tomatoes, chicken stock , 
   salt and ground white pepper. Cover and bring to the boil for 45 minutes
   until mixture thickens.

5. Pour sauce over beef balls, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
